Lagu ini merupakan single ketiga sekaligus terakhir dari album tersebut.

Lagu ini ditulis oleh Lovato bersama dengan Laleh Pourkarim yang juga seorang produser lagu, dan Gustaf Thörn.

Album ini dirilis ke pengecer digital pada 9 Oktober 2015 melalui Hollywood Records dan Island Records sebagai single promosi pertama dan satu -satunya dari album, satu minggu sebelum rilis album.

Stone Cold membahas rasa sakit melihat mantan kekasih yang sudah move on dan bahagia dengan orang lain.
