Dear sir,

It greatly saddens me to send you this letter of resignation. At the end of this month, I will no longer be working at Maju Jaya Inc., as a Content Writer. A number of worsening health complications become a main reason why I resign from the company to be focus on recovery. Therefore, I decided to resign as I am unable to meet my duties and expectation as Content Writer. 

 

Thank you so much for your guidance and support during the last five years. Even though I have resigned from the company, I hope to remain a resource to stay in touch. I wish everyone at the company the very best.
