2. Beri identitas

Setelah judul, kemudian tulis identitas, mencakup nama lengkap pemohon, alamat pemohon dan kode pos, nomor telepon, dan alamat surel. Namun, hal ini tidak terlalu wajib.

3. Pendahuluan

Awali motivation letter dengan sapaan resmi, to the point, dan tulis tujuan surat ini. Misalnya, “Through this scholarship, I want to …..”

Jawab dengan singkat mengapa kamu ingin melamar beasiswa ini dan apa yang memotivasimu untuk melamar.

3. Jelaskan siapa kamu

Rincikan tentang prestasi akademikmu dan mengapa menurutmu kamu adalah kandidat yang ideal. Sebutkan semua pencapaianmu agar terlihat lebih menarik.

Ini akan menunjukkan nilai yang akan kamu bawa ke institut dan kontribusimu kepada masyarakat di masa depan.

4. Bagaimana kamu akan berkontribusi

Di bagian ini, kamu harus menjelaskan dengan contoh bagaimana keterampilan dan kemampuan kamu akan berkontribusi pada universitas dan negara tempat melamar.

Kamu dapat menempatkan hal-hal seperti bertukar nilai budaya dan pengetahuan dengan kolega, dan berpartisipasi dalam aktivitas dan acara olahraga, budaya atau seni.

5. Simpulkan dengan baik

Buktikan bahwa kamu adalah kandidat yang cocok dan sangat membutuhkan kesempatan ini pada bagian akhir.

Frasa seperti “it would be an honor and the beginning of a road full of …” akan sangat membantu.

This summer, I will intern with LMNOP Architects. Upon completion of my master’s degree, I hope to continue there as I further develop my skills. After working under acclaimed residential architects Suzan Craft and Peter Wood, I would like to open my own architectural firm focused on developing inexpensive, high-quality housing. I also would like to work with Habitat for Humanity again, this time as an architect instead of a general laborer. I believe firmly in their mission to build “a world where everyone has a decent place to live.” I appreciate your consideration.
